"Reliable and Affordable"
Reliable and affordable, low trading costs, lots of options for gateways, built on TurtleNetwork...huge advantages. But honestly, there's hardly any volume, those annoying trading bots, so not much genuine liquidity, only trades with USDT, (could use more trading pairs)...major downsides.

For the past few days, I've been struggling to access my Polarity Exchange account without any luck. It keeps telling me my login is incorrect, so I attempted to reset my password, but I still haven't gotten an email. I really need assistance with this quickly. I've made a lot of purchases on your site, and I can't risk losing it all.

"Needs to be simpler and a live chat for newbies is a must!"
I managed to set up an account and watched all the YouTube tutorials, but the stuff they show doesn’t match what I see on my Mac. I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome, but neither one shows what’s in the videos! There’s no 'contact us' option, no live chat, and every time I attempt to add a wallet with the seed key, it doesn’t appear in the Vault. Plus, I can’t add any funds! What am I doing wrong? Can someone lend a hand?

I was a newbie when it came to exchanges. I moved a certain type of coin from my wallet to Polarity. It was pretty straightforward. I thought I could swap my coin for another one, but I was mistaken—suddenly, my coin disappeared, and I freaked out! I jumped onto Discord, and the folks at Polarity came to my rescue. The community managed to track down my coin and returned it to its original spot. That's a solid 5-star rating for customer service! This is why I won’t hesitate to do more business with them. "Had a hiccup transferring crypto..."
So, I was trying to move some crypto to this exchange and accidentally entered the wrong address. I was freaking out, thinking I’d lost my funds. I shot an email to customer support, and they got back to me super fast. After I provided my transaction ID, they managed to track it down and credited it to my account. What a great experience!

I've been using this platform for quite a while. No issues at all, and the Telegram group is super supportive when I need help. Here’s what makes it shine in Polarity: 1. It feels like a centralized exchange, but it’s actually a decentralized one. 2. Trading fees are just a penny. 3. Liquidity is backed by the company across all trading pairs.

"Polarity has been great for me..."
So far, Polarity has been working like a charm for me. I reckon they have some of the lowest fees in the crypto world, and they really seem to prioritize account security. As more folks join (which helps with liquidity), this exchange is turning into my top choice. Just my two cents, but I believe a bit more info on the security features and how to configure them would be super useful.

"Trading on Polarity is a blast, no KYC and just a penny in fees"
I'm really into trading on Polarity because it offers a super easy experience, has Blockchain-based 2FA, and the fees are the lowest around, whether centralized or decentralized. Seriously, no other platform can compete with that.
There are tons of dApps available too, and they’re pretty enjoyable and rewarding.
The support team is fantastic as well—quick replies and always professional.

"Feeling a bit let down..."
I'm feeling a bit let down... it feels nearly impossible to get matched, even when the price is right. I placed a buy order for a price HIGHER than what it is now, and it still hasn’t gone through. I think I’ll be moving to another exchange.

"Not the Largest, but Perhaps the Finest!"
There’s a ton of crypto exchanges available. My top pick is Polarity since it’s decentralized, the trading pairs are in USDT, and the folks behind the project genuinely seem to look out for their users. I’ve been blown away on several occasions by how fast the team (even the CEO) has leaped in to help out in the Telegram channel whenever I’ve run into an issue (which hardly ever happens).
